It’s been about a week since we’ve entered real autumn,
and lately I’ve been struggling with what to wear each day.
Still, it’s definitely the most comfortable season of the year✨
I love how I can spend my days feeling the gentle breeze through the window instead of relying on the air conditioner.

Last weekend, Kagurazaka held its annual Bakeneko Festival — an event that apparently started a few years ago and has now become a beloved autumn tradition.
When I stepped out between lessons to grab some lunch, I was surprised to find the streets packed with people in cat costumes and visitors from all over the world!
I don’t remember seeing so many international guests in previous years,
but this time the atmosphere felt like a classy, elegant version of Halloween. 🎃
There were traditional dances too — I’m not sure where they originated from — but everyone looked so cheerful, dancing to the jingling rhythm of the festival music.
Since I usually stay inside teaching on Saturdays,
I had no idea things outside were getting this lively! 😅
